Hello there, my pretties! Are we ready for spring yet? I am not necessarily ready for sun ( 😄 ), but I know I'm ready to bust out some bright colors and create my own spring magic. Rules are - there are no rules. ( Except - you must have fun! That's obligatory! ) We do feel like brights and pastels during the spring most of the time, but you do whatever you feel like doing. You do you! Try to go through your stash, and introduce us to a new pretty each day. If brights are not your cup of tea, this challenge is an excellent way to try to, well - challenge yourself. 😉 But, they are not a must.
We are planning on doing this all spring long! Please, feel free to stop by whenever. 😉

My plan ( and goal ) is to shop my own stash. No buying new lipsticks, just giving some love to all my neglected lovelies. Let's see how will that go...

And today's lippie inspired by the KVD releases... ELL In Mother. I tried putting some of the gloss from a MUFE Aqua Rouge Liquid Lipstick over the KVD to see if I could get some moisture hole still keeping the string power and transfer proof aspects I love. It worked out pretty well, was far more comfortable, wore without wear through a few drinks and dinner st around 4 hours. There was a bit of transfer when I was drinking straight from a can after this but I think after dinner it should be expected.

I have a funny story to go with this lipstick. It was a part of a Lancôme GWP a yr or two ago. There were two colours to choose from and when I picked this one, The SA at the counter said I shouldn't get this colour because it won't look good on me. It is a colour for people with fair complexion. Some people really have guts to pass this type of remarks. Ofcourse I had to tell her I can decide for myself what will look good or bad on me and this is the colour I want to get. I could never wear it without remembering her comment though.

ABH Trust Issues. Not a bright warm-weather color, but it suits the rainy gloom we have outside today.
I love pairing bright lip colors with bright tees - unexpected and fun for a dreary day. Today is Name Drop by Milk Makeup with my yellow Saturdays NY tee. ❤️

Today, I wore Mars by colourpop. It is a pretty colour but a little drying on the lips and a bit patchy!
