Sooooo many lipsticks!

I have found that looking for lipsticks is like looking for jeans. There are soooo many styles nad colors. With jeans I have to just try on, try on, and try on some more. Is there anyway that I can narrow my lipstick choices down without exploring so many? What do you suggest?

Ahhhhyea!!!!!!!!  @HusbandsWifey   first#1 pick a color.!!!!!!! I choose pink. Pink is what I  recommend.  Then find a pink u like. Then get a faux fur jacket blush out your cheeks ( pink) then head to the mall and join a makeup gang . Preferably mine( the pinkies). Its so easy. C'mon!!

@HusbandsWifey , I'm not loyal to any brand per se, I go by what I like and what's usually recommended here (BIC).  What can really help is waiting for sale/events such as Black Friday, Sephora savings events and National Lipstick Day.  Usually there's discounts on lipsticks, so if there's something you're interested in, buy 1-2 shades and go from there.
