Lipstick won't dry

My orchid lip mousse won't dry on my lips.  I can't take a sip of anything without leaving a mark!  It's kind of ridiculous.  Is this what I have to expect from the product, or am I doing something wrong?

@Anonymous  As @quspork  mentioned they aren’t a liquid lipstick, so they aren’t meant to dry down. If you are looking for a similar shade you can certainly find one in SEPHORA COLLECTION Cream Lip Stain Liquid Lipstick 74 Vanilla Cream theres about 50 shades to choose from and they dry matte.

The lip mousses are not matte lipsticks so they aren't transfer-proof. That's what makes them more comfortable to wear.
