Lip Balms and Clogged Pores

My lips are very dry-- and I do mean dry, hydration level, weather and lip products be dam*ed. I use lip balms religiously, but any time they stray outside my lip line, I end up with clogged pores/pimples. Does anyone else experience this problem? Do you have products to recommend that don't clog your pores? (I use a variety of products, but Lancom Absolue Precious Cells, EOS, and the Laneige Sleeping Mask are usually my go-tos.)

My favorite is the Dior Creme de Rose. I apply a generous amount of the balm before I sleep and wake up with smooth and hydrating lips. I also like the Laneige lip sleeping mask so far (used it twice). During the day, I use the Dior Addict Lip Glow to add a little color to my lips.

I live in a chilly/windy climate and love the Bite Lip scrub once a week. I also use the Bite lip mask occasionally and don’t find that it clogs my pores. If you’re using it over night make sure to cleanse well around your lips in the morning.
