Iced coffee summer fridays

I ordered the summer fridays lip butter balm in iced coffee online after having a negative encounter with my pink sugar butter balm being half full of air. Turns out iced coffee was like this too. I ordered the cherry summer fridays in the past and have not had this issue. I am feeling really bummed and disappointed. Does anyone have the same thing going on? can anyone help? @DaneeBT

I had this exact issue as well! mine was empty within 3 days..I just emailed Summer Friday Customer Service about it!
