Best lip scrub/balm?

The ILIA - Balmy Nights is one of my favorites! Leaves your lips really smooth as well as conditions at the same time. Hope this helps!

Try using table sugar with a little water and then apply lip balm. Burt's Bees is great because most of them are minty fresh, which I like. But choose a flavor or unflavor that pleases you and apply it thickly before you go to sleep, after brushing your teeth. Some people use baby toothbrushes for lip exfoliation, but I just keep my lips hydrated, so it's not really an issue for me.

I personally enjoy Lush's Iip scrubs but I'm not sure if I can say they are the best since I only used Lush's all the time. It's a scrub that just does the work though! Leaving your lips smooth and it's also vegan so you can simply just lick the scrub off your lips (similar to jeffree's stars scrub so consider this a dupe?) I have the bubblegum flavor and there are many more like honey, chocolate, mint, and new ones coming out soon.

It's not an overnight fix but I do find the Sugar Advanced Lip Therapy by Fresh very good at fixing chapped lips. I just rub in a good amount on my lips every night before bed and after about a week my lips are nice and soft again!

For lip scrubs I use Fresh Sugar Lip Polish and Jeffree Star Velour Lip Scrubs (I have 8 different ones and they all smell and taste yummy!!!)

For lip balms I use Bite Agave and Laneige Sleeping Mask I also have a bunch from TokyoMilk Dark, Fresh, Korres and Rosebud which are pretty good also.

My personal favorites include the Fresh Sugar Lip Polish and The Lip Scrub by Sara Happ (not sold at Sephora). The Lip Scrub comes in several wonderful flavors, sometimes seasonal products also. I am currently using the coconut and enjoy it. The container is a little larger than Fresh and a little goes a very long way. I alternate using this with the Fresh product.

I like lip scrubs from Lush, but also just honey and brown sugar. As for balms, I love Bite Agave Lip Mask.

The Tarte Lip Facial Lip Scrub- it's more course than some others I've tried, so great for tough chapped lips.

I recommend the Sephora Rose 

Lip Balm / Scrub , because 

it leaves the lips nourished and supple.
