Allergic reaction to fenty beauty

Hi everyone!

I had a allergic reaction to fenty beauty lip gloss. Does any one else had the same problem? 
all my lips are burn and they turned red!🤦🏻‍♀️

Oh no @MaHZadeh! Some lip plumper formulas work by adding an ingredient known to cause a mild reaction to your lips. The body reacts by dilating the blood vessels in that area, which makes your lips appear plumper and pinker/red depending on your complexion. It seems like it was more than just a mild reaction for you. It sucks when you find something that looks great but your body doesn’t agree with the ingredients. Fortunately, Sephora’s return policy is pretty lenient.

Which Fenty gloss did you try? There are a few different types of Gloss Bomb: the original Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer  , Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Gloss Bomb Cream Color Drip Lip Cream  , Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Gloss Bomb Heat Universal Lip Luminizer + Plumper Hot Chocolit  , and Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Gloss Bomb Ice Cold Heart'd  .  I have shades of the original and Cream Color versions, and I think I have a Heat shade. I haven’t had a bad reaction to them. 

The Ice version contains peppermint oil which usually irritates my lips, so I haven’t tried that version. I think the Heat versions contain ginger oil which some folks are skin-sensitive to. But really, just about any ingredient can cause a bad reaction for anyone, in any product.
