How do I incorporate toner pads into my weekly skincare routine

Hey ladies & gents ❤️ I’ve been wanting to incorporate toner pads into my weekly skincare routine. I’ve found a few that I like but I haven’t made the purchase bc I’m unsure where the toner pads would fit in.. any suggestions? Also, are toner pads with no active ingredients listed safe you use with other actives such as glycolic acid, aha’s & bha’s? belif Aqua Bomb PHA Exfoliating Toner Pads 5 oz / 70 Pads
