Dehydrated Skin

What do y'all recommend for an affordable k beauty skincare routine to help bring my dehydrated skin back to life? My skin type (combination, sensitive, occasional acne, Vietnamese Asian) + Canadian winter has been a challenge. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

I really love both the Etude House Moistfull Collagen line (in particular the toner, emulsion, and cream) and the Benton Snail Bee High Content line (especially the skin/toner, essence, and steam cream). @alphyla

Use laneige normal to dry skin product. I bought mine and been doing it for 3 days already. The result is really amazing!!! I bought it for 38cad though. Just try and see for yourself. 😃
