how to become a VIB?

I know this question is repetitive, but I was wondering whether I can become a VIB member by spending $350 between August 2018 - July 2019? Or we have to spend at least $350 between January to December (the calendar year?)

Spending qualifications run on a calendar year, so the timeframe is Jan-Dec 2019.
