Does anyone know if they stopped the $100 for 2500 points Rouge reward? I've only seen the $50 for 1500 points, which is a rip-off compared to the $100. I hope they bring back the $100 reward, because I haven't seen it in weeks. They should make the $50 reward cost 1250 points. I'm annoyed that they keep changing things for the worse instead of either leaving it alone or improving it.

We still offer $100 Rouge Rewards and they are released every Tuesday and Thursday around 9am PST! Please keep in mind they are limited and available while supplies last. Additionally, thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding the $50 Rouge Reward! I will pass this along to the appropriate department so they can take this into consideration for any future changes. Thank you!

@chermo01 This has happened to me also; once with the $100 reward and another time or two (years ago) when I stayed up all night trying to score a free Guerlain Rouge G set.
What happened is the reward was actually sold out, but was in the process of being taken off the site. When it happened to me, I saw it go live, not long after it was supposed to show, I put it into my cart, and the site wouldn't let me check out because the reward was out of stock.
I was really upset, and threw a little hissy fit at the customer rep who took my complaint call because she wasn't very nice; very curt and had a "oh well too bad for you" type of attitude. She offered me an additional 200 points for my trouble, but I declined because that pales in comparison with the reward. It was kind of insulting, since I made a large purchase I would not have otherwise at that time to reach the redemption level. I thought Sephora should have honored that purchase because the rep said she could see it in my cart.
Anyway, maybe someone in the IT department made a mistake, but I ended up getting one the next time it was offered. Sometimes they go live slightly before the scheduled time, sometimes a little after. Just keep an eye out. I hear it's easier to get these on a laptop rather than on a phone.

I got to put one of the NARS items in my cart, went straight to checkout, then said it was sold out while I was completing checkout. Very frustrating.
It was kinda weird to release only 4 rewards for a 1500 points. Makes me think less of Nars, as much as they cost, that’s tacky. It was pretty cheap swag and your only going to make less than 10?
Seriously, every reward has been sold out by the time I see it, sometimes only minutes after release. What's the point of all these points??
Same...I guess this is how they are going to try to 'gameify' their rewards bazaar going forwards. Very disappointing way to reward loyalty.
Seems like they accidentally released all 3 NARS rewards at 12:00pm EST, and then changed to only release the 2,500pt one.
Now it is all sold out.
I'm in the US and never saw it come up. Usually it says 'sold out' if something is out of stock, so I wonder if this was only for Canada.
Does anyone know how long is "coming soon" usually? I have my cart full and ready to place an order, but would like to add the Porefessional 100 pt reward if it'll be up soon.
