I predicted issues with the cc but can it get anymore SHOCKING? 😳😳😳😱😱😱
I am very disappointed....I have complained so many times and Sephora does not care and I get the same response "we are sorry, limited quantitiy, please contact us few mins before they drop and we can get it for you"....like people who are working, going to school or aren't online 24/7 miss out all these rewards.
And in store, you don't have ANY type of rewards available any time I go.
I saw one response that said the rewards are a bonus for shopping here. so basically they think we should just be grateful to get anything...lol.
oh well, I'm poor and don't have that many pts. anyway, and I like the 100 pt. rewards...
You can PHONE them BEFORE the rewards drop? How is that fair?
they just told me to contact them few mins before and once it drops they can order it for you. so they said they dont see the rewards go live until 9am but once it hits 9am they can order it for you.
I agree with all your comments this points rewards prize system is pretty awful. I called customer service telling them the Nars rewards never even showed up for me and they basically told me yeah, there's a limited number and that was the end of the convo. 😕
I saw the benefit perk for a second and had it in my cart but as usual it was out of stock by the time I clicked on check-out.
Very disappointed again. I really hope someone is reading these comments and can pick up on how much this is annoying customers...
@nikkirosay the NARS rewards loaded as sold out... sometimes that happens... not sure why but they were never live. I've seen this happen many times before.
ETA: The only two rewards that I saw were live were from Benefit. And the gc... although the 100$ disappeared pretty fast. Had it in my cart and it was gone before I could checkout. Also a bunch of previous sold out rewards loaded as sold out as well... so not sure who does that part of the website but FFS get your sh!t together!
@veronika23 you saw a $100 GC?? Wow I guess I'll have to take more "bathroom breaks" on Tuesdays and Thursdays at work to try and catch one :D.
@niki172 for a split second! It loaded somewhere between 12:03 and 12:06 I think. It wasn't loading so I decided to check the US site and it wasn't there either... got back onto the Canadian one and it was there... went to checkout and it disappeared from my cart. Usually says sold out and stays in my cart as sold out but this time it was gone... so I don't even know if people were able to checkout with it? This 50$ one is even more of a joke!

Refreshed the second it turned 9 (pst) & it was already sold out... I get there's only 5 avb but not sure how that's possible?
This is a joke & Sephora's literally wasting everyone's time. If you're going to do this just don't release anything!

Today I got an email from Ulta offering me 5x the points to purchase skincare. This trick disgusts me. I’m not going to complain but I am going to discuss this among the beauty community and vote with my wallet. Sometimes I feel like companies take those that purchase beauty for granted. I feel like we are often manipulated with false hopes and this feels like that.
