Ditto @moxiepancakes ! In error I first put the $25.00 card in my basket then I realized my error. After I removed it I was allowed to add the $100.00 card but it stated twice error.
I have a confession to make. I finally nabbed my first $100 reward last week after trying extremely hard once weekly for months. Maybe all the stars finally aligned for that one chance for me to get it after so many terrible failed attempts. I don’t know if what worked for me will work for others. I spoke to 4 different CS. No one had the ability to help me until the 4th CS. The CS cannot just hand it to you if you call. Calling doesn’t guarantee it. I think the 4th CS was moved by my case of months of trying so hard and only able to try for it once weekly due to my work schedule and I happened to hit it right with timing when I called up. The 4th CS worked super hard for me and competed for me the long hard way on the phone refreshing tirelessly nonstop before nabbing it for me. Seriously she was like a superhero to me and different from all the other CS’s that I talked to. Although she was flawlessly professional never letting on if she was stressed or not, I imagine it must have been stressful for her too. Again I’m hoping for a positive change to the reward program come Jan because no reward should create so much stress and anxiety.

I am waiting to see what happens Jan to the reward program. For the first time ever, I didn’t re-rouge like I usually do every year after the nov sale. I’ll be honest and say I did have great fun shopping the rouge sale picking up some new shiny items that I would never have paid full price for and was sad when it ended. It made me happy they actually allowed the vib discount to still work after the midnight deadline for a certain time. I’m sure last minute stragglers like me appreciated it. Other years the minute the clock struck 12, that was it. However I exercised more restraint this year because I am very unhappy with the hunger games like rewards system and the selective inflation of prices on some products. For bumping up the spring sale to 20% for rouge, adding an extra 20% end of summer sale, and the extremely limited $100 reward redemption, there’s been a whole bunch of seemingly never ending negatives to counteract these positives so I don’t have high hopes for the changes next year. I can only hope there will be no more hunger games because no reward program should be that way to a valued customer.
literally had one in my cart on 3 separate occasions today and each time got the cart out of date error which didn't happen for any other reward. I refreshed several times while it was still in stock and it still gave me the same error that only happens for that one reward. I am frustrated!
Same thing happened to me twice. But do not give up, keep trying. You will eventually be able to get yours. I got mine the third time.
@NancyX i wasn’t even loooking for it! I’ll try again if it pops up. Lately Canada has only had the 1000pts for 25$ reward become available, so I was surprised to see the 50 and 100 back (even if it was for literally half a second 😂)

Have these "coming soon" rewards (especially the Pillow Talk & BB Solid) already come and sold out in seconds, or have not they dropped yet? I've been checking and only saw the Bumble&Bumble so far.
