Sephora Rewards Bazaar Previews and Discussions

A thread for updates on the Rewards Bazaar, including previews of upcoming rewards and discussion regarding the upcoming rewards and questions.

New rewards are posted on Tuesdays and Thursdays - usually right around 9 am PST / 12 pm EST

General information:

• The Rewards Bazaar is supposed to have new point perks released on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9 am and 5pm PST
• There is no set time for the perks to be released - we have to wait and see when they become available between 9 and 5
• However, so far the rewards have been released almost exactly around 9 am PST
  There seem to be only a few perks added at a time (each day)
• Some perks will be listed as "coming soon" and may arrive on a later date
• The newly added perks will range from 100 points to 50,000 points
  Sephora's T&C state that the larger perks (750 points +) are only available online
• The smaller 100-500 point perks are available in store, while supplies last There are limited quantities of the perks available
• We aren't sure why the rewards seem to appear on different devices/browsers at different times There may not be any "big" point perks added.
• Some days we may only see smaller 100, 250, or 500 point perks added.

• Previews are above - note that these are just sneak peeks, as we do not have complete details as to which perks will be available, when, or what's included.

I just wanted to give a shout out to @ZakiyaBT who has been amazingly helpful in rectifying the problem. I will now be able to try the Hourglass Vanish liquid foundation in the correct shade. Thank you again for all your help.

Uggg. Sephora is the worst now. None of their rewards are ever available

I think a person has a better chance of seeing a unicorn then snagging a reward of 750 points or higher!!!! How is it Sephora has “improved “ the reward system so much???!)) it is easy to say you earn more points per purchase and rewards over 750 points ship free because they intentionally make sure hardly anyone is able to redeem!!! I check every Tuesday and Thursday to always see “Sold Out”! I wouldn’t call that a improved rewards program!!

What time so you check? They drop at 9am pst - I’ve gotten numerous rewards over the years. I find the mobile app the best for trying to get anything

I managed to snag one of the youth to the people rewards! I was excited for it when i saw the email Tuesday. I love clothing point perks! I just hope it fits, and to be sure I got a medium instead of my usual small. I hope its a thickish sweater like my clever devil one is that I got from Pinrose.

Anyone else feel like they get rewards cancelled/rescinded more often than they actually receive them? Seems like I only get 1/3 of the rewards I order online. This last time, I ordered the 500-point Dr Brandt box. Shipment notice says that item was "canceled". But yet it still shows up as in-stock in the Rewards Bazaar?!

@MataDC  I had that happened to me with the Bobbi Brown 500 point reward and it was so frustrating since I really wanted it and it was showing up on the page even after they cancelled it for me. Try calling customer service and see if they can help (they couldn't in my case)

It happens all the time, to me at least. That’s why I just stick to the 100 points rewards. It saves my sanity and frustration of trying to order these higher points rewards. Honestly, I have a higher chances of winning those things through a contest, then getting them as rewards. In Canada, we have SDM beauty boutique and no joke, I get Chanel palettes, Dior UD etc everytime they have spend your points days. To me, that’s what you call a Good rewards system! One that you don’t have to set your alarm to wake up in time for the rewards just to find out it’s OOS or gets cancelled on you. Truly sad for such a successful company!

I had that happen with the 100 pt Caudalie serum a few weeks ago. I contacted customer support, who confirmed that it was still in stock and the rep wasnt sure why it was cancelled from my order. The rep placed a separate order just for the serum for me. Since it still shows in stock, I'd suggest reaching out to customer support.

@ohheyitscindyk , LOL, I'm US-based, received the same email and had the same reaction as you did.  I know it's mid-month, but the rewards selection seems a bit thin... 😄

I keep seeing the 1500 point Burberry perfume reward as in stock. It's tempting but I haven't tested the scent in real life so I'm hesitating...
