Rewards Bazzar Updates

Is it just me or does the Rewards Bazaar always update way later than the promised 9am PT? I've spent weeks refreshing from 8:50am-9:30am before giving up because it doesn't update.

Hi there! I have the same issue every week. Then once it is updated; the items selllout. So annoying!
