How is it that I can go to the rewards bazaar the minute I receive the notification of a new rewards and it's sold out as soon as it posts??? Something is not quite right, either Sephora is playing just to get you to log in and be tempted to make a purchase, or the good rewards are being given to employees who have first hand knowlege. This reward system sucks!!!
Exactly the same problem when I come here to try and redeem points. Infuriating!

I certainly hope so, but I’ve been a Rouge client nearly the last 3 years and I must say that I haven’t yet seen any positive change. At all.

Yet, here we are and still the same rewards scam going on. I firmly believe this needs to be investigated by the Fraud department of the FBI. Possibly a class action suit needs to be filed. The complaints against Sephora have grown too numerous to continue to ignore. Anyone who feels they have been misled or ripped off by Sephora, and has gotten no viable help needs to ask to speak to their Fraud Department immediately.
I seriously cannot comprehend how you think Sephora is scamming you or committing any kind of fraud @Anonymous.
Taking money with the promise of rewards that are not actually available is pretty fraudulent in my opinion.
The terms and conditions clearly state in section 3 that rewards are limited. If you are a beauty insider you accepted the terms and conditions.
@Anonymous thinking that there should be a class action lawsuit against Sephora for not having as many rewards bazaar redemptions available is a little extreme, no? I’m not exactly sure where the “fraud” is. When you get the email previews it says how many will be available... and while I agree maybe there aren’t enough of the larger ones, I feel a lot of the bigger ones come from brands, who only send a finite amount of product. And if you try to get one that is out of stock later, the points are refunded, so I’m not sure exactly where the scam is? The terms and conditions are laid out pretty explicitly.

Yeah, that happens to me twice a week. Out of two years i think i was able to catch a 2,000 pt reward once. If I had of bought my makeup through Ulta, they would have rewarded me with a 250.00 shopping spree. They are constantly adding new high end products like Nars and MAC. Sephora better get it together.
If KVD rewards are so 'popular' they should be shipped from one warehouse and under the control of a single packer. It would make it harder for items to be 'liberated' from the box.
I don't want to accuse anyone but either a packer at the warehouse or a post office employee is stealing the items. The post office person couldn't know when a KVD award is shipped so the only other option is a packer.........
totally agree, I have 3700 points and I just want those GODDAMN SUNGLASSES. like wut the frick I just think the whole rewards bazaar is a total joke, and needs to be fixed. I think there should be some sort of petition made to change the bazaar and how it works (ie like you can only but like less than 3 rewards at a time) because right now the system that they're using for it doesn't work like at all, especially for the people that aren't in the PST timezone.
