I've had two "promo codes" samples cancelled from my orders this week. I don't know why this is happening so much lately.  I read that they opened another warehouse in BC so maybe the sample stock varies. I always email them back and they throw beauty insider pts my way to "make it up to me". I'd rather just the samples. I often place orders just for the samples. WOWLASH was showing as available, added to cart and it got cancelled yesterday.

This happened to me with the SUNDRUNK promo on an order I had placed just to get that promo. I’ve been away so I haven’t had time do anything to ask after it. I don’t like to complain about stuff like that every time - i place a lot of orders and I’ll report it maybe 1/3 of the time but when I do I never call the Rouge hotline anymore. From my perspective they should just give the money to the CS people here. I think I will get in touch about this promo though bc I really had just wanted to get that particular product sample and I feel like if they can send an email telling you they’re not sending the promo they could either ask if you still want the order or try to substitute the promo for something. I don’t like to be a pest about these things I am happy with the promos and samples and rouge free shipping but during the last rouge sale I did ignore the fact that 2 of my orders came with no samples at all, 2 came with only 1-2 samples and 1 came with different samples than the ones I had selected so I feel ok about complaining about the promo since I said nothing about that but this was a pretty big bummer and the promo stayed up for a while showing as in stock after I placed my order so I know these things happen but I think they could implement an automatic measure to Mitigate it when they realize almost right away they’re not going to be sending the promo someone selected.

I had an order in which one of my items was cancelled (one of the Too Faced peach lipsticks from the Weekly Wow), and another order in which the promo code was cancelled. I actually emailed and asked if the promo code could be replaced and very unexpectedly CS just shipped me the promo code separately.

I wouldn't have expected that at all, and I don't expect that to be the norm. But I am curious to see how they handle the new distribution centre and fulfillment of orders.

Same here. Just had the only MYGIFT option cancelled from my order. Second time in a week they've done this.

Dang all the promos are running out...hope some good ones are around the corner. I would love a mini Bite fresh press gloss or a mini Fresh coconut lip balm

Just a heads up - both orders that I made this week had their respective GWPs cancelled after purchase(SUNDRUNK and WOWLASH/hourglass) even though they had been clearly listed on the Beauty Offers page. Most recently happened today, so if it is a glitch, it's still happening. 

I called the Rouge line on Friday about this and the lady tried to offer me an alternative GWP, but was unable to because all the ones that were listed were confirmed to be OOS on her end.

Not sure what's happening on Sephora's end, but I would hold off on purchases for now.

I placed an order with CORAL on 7/21 which shipped, and an order with VIBGINZING on 7/21 as well which hasn't shipped yet. Not much else is working... Another option popped up under MYGIFT besides the Lab Series cleanser and both options under MYCLINIQUE worked last time I checked a couple days ago. Fingers crossed we get some good promos soon, and ones without silly buy ins, and that our Weekly Wow isn't a Weekly Disappointment 🙈

@Llgc Hm... I haven’t gotten any info about an in store Rouge event but I’ve seen you mention it a couple times. I also haven’t seen anything else about one posted on BIC. Is it for a specific store? Canada only?

@alexasteph Yes as @Mochapj said I think it's just Canada only. It was posted in the "The Canadian Peeps! Deals, News, Events & Whatever!!!" thread, but I don't think I've seen a US equivalent posted anywhere. Hopefully you folks get one soon!

I've tried almost all promo codes and i all are OOS. Even MYGIFT only has one item (the Lab Series for men) left.
