- What is the Beauty Insider Reward Card?
The Beauty Insider Reward Card Offer is a holiday promotion offering Beauty Insiders a reward card for $15 off of any merchandise purchase of $50 or more, Very Important Beauty Insiders (VIBs) $20 off of any purchase of $50 or more, and VIB Rouge clients $25 off of any purchase of $50 or more. Beauty Insiders can use their reward card from 12/2 - 12/13 and VIB and Rouge clients can use theirs from 12/2 - 12/14.
- How do I get my offer if I’m a Beauty Insider but haven’t received my 2015 Holiday Reward Card yet?
The holiday reward cards will start being emailed to Beauty Insiders, VIBs, and Rouge clients on December 2nd. If you have not received your reward card by December 3rd, please check your email's spam folder to see if it was filtered there. You can also call us at 1-877-737-4672 to verify your account status. Representatives are available to assist you from 6am to 9pm PST Monday-Friday and 8am to 7pm PST Saturday and Sunday.

The BI $15 off reward card is good on all merchandise purchases from December 2 – December 13. The VIB $20 / VIB Rouge $25 reward card is good from December 2 – December 14. VIBs / Rouge get one extra day to shop.

Yes, the holiday Reward card can be redeemed online or in store.

Such ridiculous Sephora
Yeah...I'm actually pissed. I've NEVER heard of this before, and I've been a beauty insider for YEARS. I'm so disappointed. I've had the same email address since I signed up and the rep told me I "wasn't subscribed to receive the emails"!! Total B.S. I get every OTHER email from Sephora!! I've NEVER received a discount or anything. What's the point of getting all of these emails every day from Sephora and when it comes time to SAVE money, they conveniently leave so many people out? The rep I talked to WOULDN'T even give me the code!! Told me to go into a store and tell them that I called and THEN I might be able to use the code. That's a lot of hoop jumping to save a measly $15 bucks.
Didn't receive my rouge email either. I have received other Sephora emails in the past few days. Both of my sisters received their codes. My friend who is rouge received hers. I just don't get it.
Call into the Rouge line, they were able to give me my gc number and pin.

I got my Reward card through email yesterday. However I cannot redeem it by shipping to my address in US because I'm not in US now. Can I ship to Canada for my friend there using my sephora account and using the 15$ off reward card too? I read that it's possible but I can't find anywhere to put the code and Pin in Canadian site 😞 please help
I regularly ship to a US address while out of the country using the US site. As far as I can tell there isn't a block on this kind of transaction as long as you use a credit card with a matching billing and shipping address. Some stores do block it, but not Sephora.
Thanks JennVA. I'm still confuse a bit. I cannot use the 15$ off reward card online on Canadian site. Is it supported to be used in-store instead?
I think for Canadians, the code is entered in the 'promo code' section, rather than the 'gift card' section.
I think if you can verify your status with your SA at your local Sephora store, they can give you code.
Not at mine, they said you have to present the email.
Neither my daughter (BI) or I (Rouge) received our reward cards via mail or email.
I called the Rouge line and they told me my code had not yet been generated (?), but I knew what I wanted so she placed my order for me, to include a promo (merrymini) and my 3 samples. I've already received the confirmation email that includes the $25 discount.
She said my daughter's code was emailed to her yesterday, but there is nothing in her inbox, spam or deleted folder, so she'll have to call back after she decides what she wants to buy with her $15 discount (i.e. what she wants me to buy for her).
That sucks for your daughter. Nice you got your order through. This is happening a lot this year! I'm not sure what's gone on years past but the last couple I received my BI codes via email promptly!
I normally receive all the emails and snail mail promotions but I have not received this one yet. I guess I'll be giving them a call today since I am still waiting for it.
Same. I've gotten 2 or 3 emails from them in the past several days, just not that one. Ah well, I'll deal with it later. As much as I want to save on my tinted moisturizer, it's not very high on my priority list right now.
Ladies, I received nothing either - HOWEVER: I sent Sephora via Facebook a private message and they sent me a VIB Rouge code within a few hours.
I still haven't gotten mine in the mail or via email yet. I'm going to message them right now. Thanks for the heads up!
I just called and the customer service representative was really nice and gave me my reward card number and PIN over the phone.
However, she said that even though I became a VIB on November 12th, I would still just get a $15 reward card, and I missed out on a $20 reward card because I had to have become a VIB before November 1st.
The VIB customer service line just told me that the cut off to be considered a VIB for this promotion was 11/18/2015.
Nothing in today's mail or email. Oh well, plenty of other places can manage customer loyalty programs just fine. Aritaum/Amore mailer came today ...
I still haven't received anything either 😕
