Cover FX Moonlight liquid drops (I think its moonlight or celestial), but either shade is blinding. Its liquid so it does not come off at all, just make sure you blend well. You will look like a disco ball. You can also go super extra and use it as a base and add a powder highlight on top for that more glittery effect, or having two toned colors on your highlight.
