It does! I haven't worn it yet, but here's a bottle shot (blurry because my phone can't seem to focus in the dark lol). I was happy to find that it still has plenty of glow even after sitting indoors under fluorescent lights for a week or two now...was worried I might need sun or UV lights to charge it, but nope!
