November is here (Well almost here) which means the official holiday shopping season and the month when most of us shop more than rest of the year.

Guerlain has some beautiful fragrances, @SurprisedLemur, but I haven't smelled that one; now I'm curious.

It's really lovely @CookieGirl1 . The watermelon note adds a freshness not a sickly sweetness. The fragrance itself has some complexity in it that makes it a good "winter floral" for those of us who are not into the usual spicy gourmand winter fragrances.

@eshoe The croissant in the pic reminded me of how croissant jewelry is so in. 

I remember back when a ring in that style was called a 'shrimp' ring.  My friend had a beautiful 14K croissant ring that was so well made.  More intricate than what I've seen anywhere recently.  I've often wondered what happened to it.  She's such a generous friend that if she knew how much I've admired it that she's probably give it to me.  I hope she held onto it, but my guess is that it was lost to time.  She once got it stuck on her finger and had to have the dentist across the street saw the middle open!  Always an adventure with her!
