T’was the week before Christmas and all through the malls, BIC’ers were shopping and collecting their hauls…

Happy December to everyone! There will surely be plenty of delightfully decadent December hauls as we all get ready for the holidays. Whether they’re gifts from loved ones or something for yourself, show of your holiday hauls for everyone to see!

Happy birthday to all the December babies! (If you’re like some of my relatives, I’m sorry you only ever got one present at this time of year… You are still very special!)

@SurprisedLemur I posted some swatches on the swatch thread if you want to check them out. Googling "Addiction Tokyo" can lead to interesting results lol I haven't tried anything from Tocobo yet but it looks promising.

@makeitup305 Whoa those are some hauls!! I think the Yucca is one of my top favorite palettes. I really want Xenon lol. I was so tempted by that RdF sale they had but resisted.

@Samtian I haven't even opened Yucca yet, which is unlike me. I think at some point I bought so many dirty greens and yellows I burnt myself out on the colors. I've worn all pastels and multichromes this year. Xenon is interesting and I definitely want to play around with mixing in some shades with the palette to make it more versatile for everyday wear (to my style at least). I did a couple of mockups with shades from her Pastel and Retro Glam and liked the combinations. It needs a taupe desperately. I know that's not what she was going for, but I'm dying for it. 

The RdF purchase was such an impulse. They definitely got me with those full sized GWP. I was just going to buy the LE stuff but girl math said that if I bought other stuff then they would be free so I ended up spending more than I would have to get all four "free". I do really like the new shades, though. Let me know if you want to see swatches! I've got a few of their Celestial Spheres and even a few of their "glitters" which are always LE.

@makeitup305 What an absolutely dream haul, but not surprising because you've got great taste. 😍 I can definitely relate to going a little wild post Black Friday but the products and the deals were oh, sooo good. 👀😂 So, so many amazing products that I'm seeing! The Sol de Janeiro Brazilian 4 Play Moisturizing Shower Cream-Gel has been one of my go-to's and I just recently discovered the Sol de Janeiro Bom Dia Bright™ Clarifying AHA BHA Body Wash 13 oz / 385 mL and the smell is absolutely ~divine~, I don't know what has taken me this long? It distinctly reminds me of Mamba candy scent (super weird I know) which is extremely nostalgic for me. YUM! 🤗

Second order from Tokyo Addiction, guess it's in the name huh? 😂😉 All of those look so beautiful, it's definitely understandable 😍

@QueenMarceline I’m definitely addicted now lol I’ve been a fan of the original SDJ scent for a long time and always buy the liters or the refills but I ran out and decided to use some Bath and Body Work ones I had picked up first. I like them but the scent of the SDJ is just so good, I miss it. I’m definitely looking forward to trying the other one, too. I really like the body mist so far, even if the longevity isn’t the greatest. I’ve had very few misses so far so I’m happy it’s all been working out.

@CookieGirl1 It just came in the mail two days ago so I haven’t cracked it open. I might not for a while, since I have so much open already. I don’t know anything about it, tbh. I bought the Black Friday Box on a whim since it was such a great deal and I know and like most of the brands. What attracts you about the mask? I’ve never tried anything from Tocobo.

Addiction Tokyo is very interesting; their eye shades are beautiful!  Reminds me a little of Surratt.

@Ispend2much6 I haven't tried Surrat but I think they have a similar vibe, along with Suqqu (which I haven't tried either but always wanted to).
