Solutions for dry, frizzy and brittle hair

Hey guys! I have a hair concern. I currently have very long thick wavey hair that has an ombre. Bleaching my hair for the past two years has given me split ends and overall just super dry and frizzy hair. And especially since winter is around the corner - my hair becomes super dry and I find that my ends just snap off during the season. (And yes I do get trims often) I was wondering what are you suggestions? Any shampoo's, conditioners, hair masks, etc? Thank you!

@ADRl I highly rec a sulfate-free shampoo.  Using Pureology Hydrate shampoo was a real game-changer.  Also, I'm assuming you've heard of the wonders of Olaplex?  🙂
