Would love fragrance suggestions!

I've only just recently fell in love with fragrances, so I'm wanting to try many out! My favorites include Maison Margiela's Lazy Sunday Morning, Tom Ford's Soleil Blanc, Armani's Acqua Di Gioia, Marc Jacob's Decadence (but I'm not a fan of Divine Decadence), YSL's Mon Paris, and Guerlain's Mon Guerlain.

I didn't like Le Labo's Neroli 36 or Jo Malone's Blackberry & Bay. I didn't care for Phlur's Hanami either.

I would love any of your suggestions!!

@Tess07 One thing I recommend is getting the fragrance “wardrobe” or “book” that many brands put out. It’s a sample collection of their most popular fragrances. I love having a wide variety of fragrances available and most sets include an information card or booklet about how they formulate their products and other interesting tidbits about fragrance. 

One of my favourite ones was COMMODITY - Style Guide Fragrance Discovery Kit. I also bought the ATELIER COLOGNE - Perfume Palette for my mom and she quite enjoyed that. If you’re in the US, you also have the benefit of being able to buy the SEPHORA FAVORITES - Deluxe Perfume Sampler and other perfume sampler sets.

If you’re pretty sure you’ll like something, I still recommend buying a travel size. If your passion for fragrance is just taking off, you’ll want to buy many more and some fragrances can have a short shelf life 😊

Have you tried Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium Eau de Parfum 1.6 oz/ 50 mL? It is one of my favorite scents. It is sweet yet warm. 

I also love the DIOR - Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet. It is very feminine smelling with a floral fruity smell.

If you enjoy Mon Guerlain I would think you may also like The New Miss Dior. Theyre both floral/vanilla fragrances and quite similar but different enough that its worth owning them both. It is readily available at Sephora so youll be able to get a little sample to try for a few days! Id also recommend you pick up a sample of the new Chanel fragrance, Gabriel. Judging by your picks you love warm and powdery scents and Gabriel is certainly that. I think its a beautiful scent, very classy, and great for Fall/Winter.

@Tess07, there's not much to add after @Vmaster's post but based on what you like, I'd suggest trying the Juliette Has a Gun house. I would also recommend smelling some of the "classical" fragrances from each genre so you can refine your taste. You can google classic perfumes and references perfumes to get started on a list 🙂 It is especially handy to know classics because sometimes newer perfumes can charge a fair bit but they are just based on older, cheaper perfumes.
