From $165 to $195 for Princess Kilian

I can’t justify the $30 price increase on Princess Kilian. Going from $165 to $195 is a damn head scratcher. Any dupes?

@ziddyzog I am actually considering trying more inexpensive options like drugstore perfumes or options at Walmart. Many of them I grew up with so I'm pretty sure I'll know what to choose. Having to stop at every perfume and considering if I can afford it is getting ridiculous. I want My Way Nectar but others are coming out too (like Donna BIR Green Stravaganza) and I wouldn't mind having that too. Both are 85+ dollars an ounce. So the whole "I really shouldn't"  is getting old in addition to ridiculous. I will note that many more expensive pefumes don't have BHT and the likes in them as many more inexpensive brands do. Whether or not BHT actually causes cancer I don't know.

Yes I’m in Canada. I noticed that too….The last couple days, the price dropped to $150 but when you add it to your cart, the price is $195. Maybe some glitch? Last week it was $165 before it was increased to $195.

That is frustrating.  Price increases always affect the frag community. Unfortunately I don’t know of any dupes.  Not many fragrances share the ginger, green tea and marshmallow base.  What you could do is purchase the travel size or 50ml to pay less money.  It’s not a fragrance that I find has the best longevity, so I can see someone going through a travel size quickly.

I have a travel size now and agree with you on the longevity…definitely not the best. Which is why I can’t justify that increase. Still such a lovely scent.
