sephoria swag bag silver key day 1 cancelled

sephoria day 1 was almost 2.5 weeks ago and i still haven't heard anything back from the team about when my sephoria swag will be shipped out or where it is. their automatic email response said they will respond in 2-3 days but i never heard back. i've followed up multiple times but never got a response. are we still getting our swag bags at this point? 

its unfortunate that we missed out on the event and all the samples, masterclass, and freebies but it sucks even more that there's been no clear communication on the status of this! 

the people at the event on day 2 said they couldn't give me a swag bag for day 1 and that they have already started mailing it out but that seems to be untrue....

ive been waiting too. Its ridiculous. I understand the weather is out of their control but the lack of communication and the way we are being ignored is ridiculous
