Sephoria NYC 2023

Now that the word is officially out….who will be attending Sephoria NYC 2023 on September 29-30, 2023?

I won’t be able to attend in person this year (I plan to attend virtually) but I know other members who are already planning and going.  If I had to choose a session it would be session 3 with Patrick Ta and Natasha Denona. 

Please share your excitement and even photos and experience here if you do go.

Wow! You are fast!! I have to figure out if I’ll be coming from Colorados or the east coast so I’ll wait to book but I’ll plan to be around all weekend.

I am debating about sessions but I’m kind of thinking I would love to be there for the first one but I would also love to go to one of the evening ones, so I’m torn! I guess we have a couple days to decide and coordinate! @gonerogue

@sister13 well it’s been a while since we did this so I told my bf I’m going with or without him lol it was so easy to convince him so he’ll be coming and hanging out in the city while we do Sephoria. Now I just need to figure out if I want to fly in on Thursday night or Friday. If the masterclasses are tempting enough, I might do a ticket for two on Saturday but we’ll see 🙂

@gonerogue My hubby said if we go to NYC (his hometown), he wants to come along - I told him he won't see me and my daughter the whole time😂 He usually hangs with his fam if I have to go there for work or something

I went to 2 previous ones and it was so much fun! I was so sad the last 3 years were virtuals and have been looking forward to an irl one. I'm super excited. Let's organize a meet up group so we can meet there! 🙂 @sister13

Just saw this on Facebook and I ran here to see if anyone is going. I can make Saturday work for sure and I haven’t been to NY in like a decade so it will be nice to go back for the weekend. If anyone is attending, please let me know what day so I can make my plans accordingly and purchase the right ticket 😇

@gonerogue I was thinking the same. I want to do an all day sat one, but let's be real, I'm taking a red eye on Friday after work from CA, then heading straight to the event without any real sleep. 😅

@chrissy12345  You’re in Cali too?? What part? I’m thinking of flying out Friday but then I’m like, why not Thursday? 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ll have to see if I can request Thurs, Fri and Mon off and then I’ll book my flights. So excited!

@gonerogue I'm in SD, how about you? I already bought my flights last night because I didn't want it to go up. I would love to come in Thurs, but I have work so I'm leaving friday night, taking red eye, arriving at JFK at around 7am. I'll decide which sat session to attend after I see the masterclasses. Then I fly back Sun morning. I plan to get a hotel a few blocks away from the event. What are your plans?

@chrissy12345  Oh SD is just lovely! My company’s HQ is there and I want to go down there to visit and work one day. I’m in SF so very close to Sephora HQ and very fortunate to have met a lot of the mods in person because of that. My goal was to get my plane tickets last week but I held off because of the class schedule. I’m looking at flying out Thursday night and leaving Sunday morning but will confirm once I actually book my tickets. I’ll be staying in the lower east side I think? Google said it’s not too far from where the venue is. I’m not super familiar with NY so I hope it’s not too bad 😬

@Tamara76 If there is a NY meetup of the OG hall of famers on Friday I might be able to swing that because I live in NYC. Please keep me posted. I have a flight to Europe on the 29th but I don’t want to miss my first chance at attending a Sephoria, I never made it to the LA ones. 🙏
