the subculture eyeshadow palette by Anastasia Beverly Hills

there's been a lot of controversy about this palette. I heard that Anastasia changed the formula and that the palette is now great, with less fall outs and great application. what do you think about the new one?

I donโ€™t believe this information is correct. To my understanding, all they did was change how they were pressed. It is just so hard to say if you will love it or not; reviews are still very mixed. It is not the easiest formula to use.
