mascara primer

has anyone ever used a mascara primer before? if so, what one do you use? also have you tried the ordinary lash serum? is it good?

Re: mascara primer

I do like Lancôme’s primer but it really puts a lot of primer on your lashes even when I try and rub some off, so honestly my go to primer is Morphe’s The big prime. I just happened to come about it several years ago and I’m really not a big Morphe fan but I will say there primer works perfectly. If you want more of a serum primer I suggest Paco Rabanne. It’s called rabanne. #rabanneprimer #morphethebigone

@Sofiaaa176 Sephora employee here

I love and use Lancôme Cils Booster XL Super-Enhancing Mascara Primer

I haven’t tried TO lash serum but have seen clients buy it.

Re: mascara primer

I have used the The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Lash and Brow Serum , it's pretty good, but you have to keep using it.  I used it fairly consistently for about two months and did notice my lashes were longer.  I tried it on my brows, it it didn't do much @Sofiaaa176

Re: mascara primer

@Sofiaaa176  I use Lancôme Cils Booster XL Super-Enhancing Mascara Primer  on my short straight lashes and it works well for me. I won’t use a lash curler, so if I’m using a mascara that doesn’t lift my lashes, I start with Lancôme’s primer. It comes in full and mini sizes, and sometimes you can find free samples of it in the Rewards Bazaar or beauty offers page.

I’ve also used #DIOR Diorshow Maximizer 4D Lash Primer-Serum for Length, Volume, Curl & Definition. That one’s also good, but I prefer Lancôme’s.
