best full coverage concealer that’s not drying?

hey guys! I have really dark under eye circles (I’m a mom of 2 kids so sleep is like non existent, plus they’re hereditary in my family)! I’ve been using tarte shapetape, and I really like the coverage (even though I still need to color correct), but, I find that it’s very drying. Are there any other concealers that have that same full coverage, but isn’t drying? Bonus points if you have any tips and tricks on how to get rid of dark circles!!! Lol thanks in advanced! 🙂

Hey there! Clinique actually just launched a Sephora exclusive concealer and its really amazing, it's called Beyond Perfecting Concealer.  It's non drying, gives great coverage, doesn't settle in lines,  and provides brightness for dark circles. It's also designed and tested to last 24 hours through heat, sweat, and humidity. I'm 35 with an almost 2 year old (aka no sleep) and I personally swear by it. They have a ton of shades to choose from so finding a color is super easy. At only $19.50 the price point is great too. The product comes in an squeeze tube which is great because you don't actually contaminate the product with a wand that is constantly touching your face and you can get the very last drop out when it's running low.

Considering Colourpop is technically part of Sephora now, I don't feel bad telling you this (lol)- but colourpop concealer. I have used concealers from Nars, Laura Mercier, Urban Decay, Tarte- you get the picture- and colourpop's concealer is hands down my favorite. I suggest watching some tutorials on youtube because many people praise it's ability to color correct while having a soft matte finish. I've even used it without priming my face and unless I pack it on, it doesn't dry my skin out at all! The coverage is great, some people have even used it as foundation. The absolute best part of it though is that it is only $6!!

Wow you sound just like my except add 2 more kids! LOL,Hi, I'm 34 and have normal skin and have found this year my biggest issue with anything skincare/makeup, is exactly those dark circles and finding what worked for me! That said,I don't sample much through Sephora bc I normally know what I want yet probably went through every brand, color, type everything I could to find something to cure and iv gotta be honest, what's been working for me on spot,are not sold at Sephora, HOWEVER, what I'm using to help rid them and is pretty much erasing my bags overnight, is sold here and like you, everything I used w my normal skin, dried me out even the most beautiful coverage stuff. Drunk Elephants nightbright set with the Famboos night serum along with their Virgin Marula oil is AMAZING!!! I can't believe what it's doing to my entire face and most certainly not my bags! (Also wanna add the MILK cooling stick also helps depuff in the morning) Definitely highly recommend. As for concealer/corrector I'm using the darker orange (I'm very dark) Hard Candy sheer envy color correct cushion wonder first, before any makeup, then also HCs camoflauge heavy duty concealer. Everything I use as HGs to once every now and thens are 98% from Sephora so to say that Hard Candy's line for my bags are working better than anything if ever sampled, is really saying allot, and at 6$ for each one is awesome. But again personally iv found it all starts with what we use in the evenings to decrease the issue so the DE Frooms/Virgin Oil, I couldn't rec. any more than i am bc it's just everything and more than I imagined.

I Love the IT Cosmetics Bye Bye under-eye concealer in the black packaging. It’s Fantastic!!! If you want to color correct the Tarte CC under-eye concealer is so good!!! A little goes a long way with both products. Neither one of these products is drying at all. You should definitely set it with a tiny bit of translucent setting powder.

You have hit the nail on the head of my eternal struggle!! I have used shape tape and hate it because it's so drying. My favorite is the NARS creamy concealer, and I have also tried the It cosmetics anti aging concealer and think it's good for dry skin. I don't think they have quite as much coverage as shape tape, but they are still good coverage and it's worth it to me to avoid the dryness and cakey appearance I get when I use shape tape.

I was very late on the Nars Radiant Concealor bandwagon, but I'm sold! It's so opaque & creamy enough that I can lightly apply it for a superfast foundation if I need to race out the door looking somewhat polished. 🙂
