Which lash is for the right or left eye??

Ever get a new pack of lashes and it doesn't say which lash is for the right or left? What do you normally do? I usually use the lash thats on the left side for my left eye when i turn the package (while the lashes are still in) facing away from me. Hope that makes sense? I think I got my Lilly lashes backwards though in this photo. It was my first time using these lashes and the second time I wore them I switched the eye the lashes go on and it looked better and fit more comfortably.

What you are doing now is exactly how you’re supposed to do it. The are meant to be turned as if you are wearing them so that you know which lash is for which eye. I will attach a picture for reference.
