What’s a good Matte Eyeliner for Oily Lids?

I have very oily eye lids and it’s hard choosing an eyeliner that won’t smear or run down my kids. Any suggestions?

@dreamycindy I like the Huda Beauty liquid eyeliner. It's super black, matte and long wearing. I always have a problem with my liquid eyeliners smearing by the end of the day, this is the first liquid liner that stays on literally all day.

Do you use a lid primer first?

Yeah I use the urban decay eyeshadow primer potion first and then eyeliner but it still smears on my top lid
