What is the best eyebrow filler for scars?

I'm looking for product to fill in a scar in my eyebrow.  I've tried various pencils and powders but nothing seems to stick to the scar.

Definitely give Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow a try! I have a lot of sparse areas in my brows (sadly!) and a person wouldn’t even be able to tell whenever I fill them in with this pomade! It’s a wonder product!

A friend of mine just gave me some Wunderbrow to try and it is AWESOME waterproof/smudge proof...all that. I have to use coconut oil to get it off but they make a special cleaner for it as well. Meant to last up to 3 days. So far I am really loving it.

have you tried any pomades at all? maybe those would work better!
