Which makeup brand has the best waterproof mascara and not too heavyweight on eyes?

My favorite waterproof mascara is the Tarte Lights, Camera, Splashes™ Waterproof Mascara. I love how this mascara gives my lashes length and volume. During the Spring/Summer time, my eyes get watery because of allergies and this mascara never fails me. I agree with @RaquelBT. The Tarte Lights, Camera, Splashes™ Waterproof Mascara is a great waterproof mascara! I also really like the Dior Diorshow Waterproof Mascara I love that it thickens my lashes and stays put! My eyes get watery really easily and this mascara stays put!
