Two undereye Questions pls!

I am looking for undereye concealer, not too expensive. To help with dark circles. I'm fade. I can't afford the wrong shade. Can anyone help with brand and a shade? Also, what about a 2in1? Liquid all over face and undereye? I'm looking to order ASAP! ❤❤
