Transfer Proof Eyeliner?

I have oily and hooded eyes. I can’t find a eyeliner that won’t transfer to my crease!!! Please Help?!?!

Hi ! I have really oily eyelids too and one of the only eyeliner that works for me without primer is Blinc's liquid eyeliner. It stays beautiful all day. There are also a few colors. I hope I helped 🙂

@Lindsey20 Sephora had Matte Gel Liner in a variety of colors that stayed put so well.  Unfortunately, I believe they are discontinuing it and there are only terra cotta and lime available.  Revlon's ColorStay (pencil) stays put pretty well - maybe that will work.  Good luck!  🙂

Are you looking for a liquid? If so, try the Heroine Make liquid liner. I always have issues with eyeline transferring and smudging too and the HM is my solid go-to.
