Tarte or IT cosmetics

Which concealer is better? The tarte shape tape or It cosmetics Bye bye under eye. I am actually looking to use it for dark spots from previous acne. I need one that wont look flaky or dry my skin either. Which one is better? Thanks!

I love Kat Von D's concealer for everything, including dark spots and scarring.

The tarte shape tape definitely has better coverage. however it can be dry, especially if you have dry skin. if you are oily, than your good. 

The it cosmetics is a very nice concealer, however its super creamy, id suggest it more under the eye area rater than for blemishes.

For blemishes, i personally like the smashbox 24 hr waterproof concealer. its creamy, yet not tacky, it dries down and stays all day providing amazing coverage. I think it would work for dry to oily skin types. Have you tried it?

Thanks for the response and contrast on these two products. I haven’t tried any of them actually. I don’t usually use concealers for that reason: the tackiness, and the way it looks on my skin. I needed one for blemishes and brightening so I’ll try the smashbox one. Thanks!
