I agree with the UD Heavy Metals! I managed to get it on sale before it went out of stock online! I love it!!! It has great pigment of color and glitter!! I love how it has warm AND cool toned shades it.
........Also, another one I’ve really liked is not a palette but has a ton of glitter, is Stila’s Glitter and Glow Liquid Eyeshadow. It is SUPER glittery! It really only takes one little swipe of the brush and BAM! ....I work at a dental office and can’t wear this there because of how much it stands out, just kind of a little flashy for an office/health care setting😉 but I love it and especially wear it when I want to add a little ‘umph’ to my look 👀 My favorite shade is called Kitten Karma 🤗

The Urban Decay Heavy Metals palette that's on sale right now is actually pretty good. Half is warm toned, half is cool... it's out of stock online but a lot of local stores still have them. And for $27!
