Request to returned product

Hello, during my trip to Dubai, I bought De rose eye serum from Sephora Mall of the Emirates. Unfortunately, this serum does not come out of the applicator. It’s like there is no serum in the applicator. I will send you the photos in the attachment and request to returned product.

@Melodynajafi Unfortunately, unless you are still in Dubai, I doubt that you will be able to return it. In store purchases are usually not able to be returned online, let alone from a store outside of the country. Did you check and see if you can unscrew the applicator? Maybe there is a little foil cover on the hole that lets the product come out.
