Hello, what is a good eye lid and under eye primer? I am new to eye makeup and it is exhausting to have tried so many of them and yet so far nothing seems to be working for me....

Honestly, you can just use concealer as an eyeshadow primer. That’s what I’ve personally always done. James Charles has also recommended that. Some people will put a translucent powder over the concealer first before applying the eyeshadow but I’ve found that unnecessary. 

In my experience, most eyeshadow primers make it hard to blend out your shadow. Although, if you really want a primer, I’d recommend the Anastasia Beverly Hills one.

Which ones have you tried ? Some popular ones are urban decay, smash box and too faced !

I personally use at the moment the one from Makeup Forever !

I have tried Bobbi Brown, Nars and urban decay. But no matter how much or little I apply, how long I let it set- they all end up my eye lid appear like crocodile skin!!😖🤣

I'm surprised urban decay's eye primer didn't work for you.  I have super oily lids and for me it works the best.  You can also try  MAC Cosmetics Pro Longwear Paint Pot Painterly
