Good evening,

Today I purchased the James Charles palate for $50.00 at the Thunder Bay location and my cashier forgot to add my points to my account.  She said I could do it myself on the app just like Optimum points.  It was purchased at 14:42.  I have my receipt.  Could my points please be added?
