Looking for a Royal Blue Eyeshadow

Hey guys so Im looking for a single blue eyeshadow to create a royal blue eye look like the one in the picture. Any suggestions on a specific eyeshadow or brand would help.

The shade “Chi” from Juvia’s Masquerade Palette looks like a very close match.

Nars Dual Intensity in Arcturus might work well.

 Sephora doesn't carry the shade, but there's also a Lancôme stylo in this color... you could get one from Nordstrom or maybe Ulta. That could make a cut crease a lot easier.

That's such a beautiful eyeshadow color! I looked through miaumauve's Instagram and was able to find out that she used the shade Azure from the ABH Shadow Couture Palette.
