I would suggest the Sephora waterproof colorful liquid eyeliner in matte black. It stays on the whole day, and if you sweat as long as you don’t rub your eye it won’t smudge AT ALL, it’s very easy to come off with just water and a paper towel, and it’s very affordable($12)! 💕

I love the Stila Stay All Day® Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner. It is very black and lasts all day. 

I also really like the Ciate Chisel Liner High Definition Tip Eyeliner. The tip makes creating a wing tip so easy and this is also long wearing.

I’m also a huge fan of KVD Tattoo liner. It has a felt tip that makes it so easy to apply a perfect sharp wing. It dries down matte and stays in place like nothing. It’s my favourite liner @saminxo! 😄

My two favorite matte stay-put liquid eyeliners are the Stila and Kat Von D liquid liners. They are easy to apply, don't smudge and stay on all day! I'm linking them down below for you to take a look 🙂
