I don’t know what happened to my false eyelashes!

My first false eyelashes, it’s really good quality, but I problem with clean it, the glue not easy to remove, I try to use makeup remover to soak but didn’t work, than I did research to soak in warm water for 10 minutes, and yes I could remove the glue, but I think I also broke it...you can see the top of edge of eyelash stick out!! Can I still use it? I feel terrible...please who can tell me what should I do? Thank you!

@Anonymous You can still use them.  They look fine.   If the band has snapped you can always cut the lashes and apply them in two steps to get them to sit properly again but that doesn’t look necessary at this point.

holding a cloth with warm to warm-hot water against the lashes should soften the glue enough to pull it away with tweezers.  Then you take a little rubbing alcohol and spray them to kill any bacteria and let them dry.

I usually remove the glue with my tweezers. And if somehow the glue still shows a bit, i put eyeliner on top to try to hide it lol.

You can still use it! This is actually a common problem with cleaning glue off the eyelash. Slowly take the glue off manually with your hand or tweezers instead. You might've did it a bit too hard. You can wear lashes until they actually start falling apart haha

Do you think maybe I can try other different glues? Thank you 😊
