What is a good neutral palette other than urban decays naked palettes?  Looking for a good neutral with both mattes and shimmers and I love having a lot of bronze and golds in the palette as well.

Tartelette in bloom is on a lot of people's favorites lists. It's a solid palette when you don't feel like contemplating color combinations.

another good one is Sephora's holiday eyeshadow palette it usually comes out around November through December it has eyeshadow lip gloss and blush

I agree with everyone else's comments but I'll add Pur Soiree Diaries to the list. I got it recently and use it everyday. I have a coupon if you are interested (received in my Boxycharm box).

tarte has a lot of very nice neutral palettes, two-faced has the chocolate bar palettes and they are also awesome!

Too faced chocolate bar is a very nice neutral palette. It has a good mix of shimmer and matte. It is easy to blend and has very little gall out.

The carli bybel by by cosmetics palette is really nice for neutral looks and it is super affordable, when compared to UD. They sell it at ulta, another good alternative for neutrals is the Kay von d shade and light eye shadow palette.

Tarteist Pro Palette is my go-to for neutral and blending shades.

Sephora Collection Pro Warm Palette has nice bronzey shades, Tarte Tartelette In Bloom Clay Eyeshadow Palette has nine mattes and three lusters and is more compact. Both have good pigmentation and amazing color payoff. Hope this helps!
