Did anyone get dried out “liquid” eyeliner by Sephora brand?

I got one and it was dried out, so I went back to get an exchange and again the new one was dried out (I got the Sephora liquid eyeliner)

I highly recommend the stila Stay All Day® Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner Intense Black .  It's my absolute favorite liner and it really stays on all day!
