I’d recommend using cruelty free products. Some NOT cruelty free brands are.. cerave, aveeno, lanige, cetaphil and benefit.

I would recommend buying products made specifically for dry skin. @THATGURLREAGAN 

A lot of brands have a specific skin type they make thier products for, thou summer can be all inclusive.  Face washes, lotions etc.. specifically for dry skin might be helpful.

Other tips:

Using warm water instead of very hot water, taking it easy with exfoliating, gently patting your skin dry instead of vigoursly rubbing it with a towel are all little things you can do to help dry skin.

Applying your lotions while your skin is still damp *not dripping* can help add extra moisture to your skin.
