Suggestions on a skincare routine for dry skin

I have fair, dry, sensitive skin that also has rosacea and I've tried a lot of things expensive and inexpensive that don't dry me out of flare up my rosacea but nothing seems to work. I can't spend a fortune on skin care but I also want to treat my skin right. I'm looking for best moisturisers, cleansers, masks, full-coverage makeup etc. Any suggestions would be extremely appreciated! Thank you!

I would suggest a Rosehip oil for dryness. Also I would avoid fragrances as much as possible for your sensitive skin. If unsure what products would work best I would suggest samples and do your research.

I just recommended this in another thread, but I think it might also be a good fit for your skin. I've been using Bio-Oil on and off for about 15 years and find it to be a great all over moisturizing oil. It isn't tested on animals (other than humans) and is intended to be applied to the skin after bathing. It does mark clothing, so it is better to use it at home in the evening rather than just before heading out - but it does completely come out when you launder your clothing and leaves no permanent staining.
