Order of application skincare

I’m wondering in what order I should apply my skincare product. 
Would this be correct?

Cleanse

Toner

Azelaic acid brightening cream

Mix my moisturizer with hyaluronic acid serum

I would use my Hyaluronic Acid right after washing my face while my skin is still damp. ( Pat dry don't rub) As long as there's nothing in your toner that would react with it. @miranda1989
