Need to find my new foundation shade

Need some help finding my new foundation shade.  I also need to find the right type of foundation to use for my dry, patchy, blemished skin.  I have over 6 bottle of foundation but none of them are the right shade.  I also need to find the right type as I have only ever used drugstore foundations.

Hydrogrip by milk primer is good foundations born this way or it cosmetics cc cream
